Color: You can choose any color you like from color card, then tell us the color number.

Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw.

Items will be send by TNT, UPS, FedEx, DHL, EMS, China Post etc.
Shipping time: 4-7 days by TNT, UPS, FedEx, DHL etc.
This is an international shipment. Item will be couriered from China to your address.
We may fold the gown inside out to protect the beading or lace. We will put the gown in a courier bag. Steam press is recommended after international transportation. Before shipment we will do a careful examination, tried to be no problems. But if the buyer get the goods found problems, please contact with us, we will help you properly addressed.

To be honest, in most time, the buyer don't need to pay customs fee. But sometimes customs tax are charged. Usually the seller don't accountable any customs fee, please check out the customs policy in your own place.

A: Free charge for small alternation, such as add sleeves etc. But all requirements need to be raised before production started.
6. Q: How similar can you make the dresses?
A: All the dresses we made are 95% ~ 99% similar to the original picture because of the different fabric and lace pattern. If you want 100% exactly same, please forgive. There are no two identical leaves in the world. Thank you for your understanding.
7. Q: How much time I can receive it?
A: Usually we need 15 work days to make dress, and delivery time depends on countries. You can contact us for more details.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
