About the shipping time
1. WORLDWIDE SHIPPING. (Except some countries and APO/FPO)
2. We will ship out goods within 3 days after payment verification.
3. We will ship to the address you leave in order. Your order address MUST MATCH your recipient address.
4. The Estimated Delivery Time is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. It is an average delivery time. The Estimated Delivery Time may vary under any unexpected cases, particularly during or close to the holiday.
5. If you have not received your goods within 30 days since your payment verification is done, please fell free to contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible.
1. You have 7 days to contact us and 30 days to return it when it was received. If goods stay in your side over 7 days, it is considered used and we won’t agree refund and exchange. Shipping cost is beared by both seller and buyer in half.
2. All returned items MUST be in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, reason for the return and your PO number.
3. We will refund upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging by making dispute. Or you may choose exchange by sending me message.
4. We will bear all the shipping cost if the product(s) is (are) not as advertised.
5. These cases are excluded in refund policy: incorrect address, recipient absens, phone number gets no answer or incorrect phone number, return to sender or hold at Customs due to rejecting imported tax, reject picking it up at local Post Office.
